THE GLAZE
Our Gloopy glaze is, quite literally, globs of molten glass. The way they set onto ceramics not only creates an interesting, asymmetrical texture and pattern, but makes each piece entirely one-of-a-kind. These colorful globs of formerly liquid glass also give us the opportunity to create an endless mix of totally unique colorways. It’s the kind of glaze that both stands out from the piece it’s applied to, and makes the entire piece stand out. It’s also what makes our Gloopys, gloopy.
HAND-FIRED
The Gloop has to be added by hand, which is another reason each piece is so unique in its texture, look, feel and finish. The amount of time and effort that goes into making a single Gloopy is why each edition is so limited.
